Standards of Conduct

Preamble

HACCA is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, trade association formed to provide membership education and communication as well as the promotion of member and Industry products, services, and image in the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area. Business direction of the Association is provided by the elected HACCA Board of Directors under the terms of the By-Laws.  The "Standards of Conduct" are meant to serve as a guideline for all association members in the conduct of their business.

The principles and requirements that comprise these standards are to provide a set of guidelines for all Officers and Directors in the conduct of their fiduciary responsibilities. These standards are designed to ensure that individual members of the Board of Directors and the membership in general conduct the business of the Association as well as their individual business with integrity while still allowing for the appropriate expression of dissenting viewpoints. Members of the Board of Directors and members in general affirm their endorsement of these standards and commit to uphold these principles and obligations by accepting and retaining membership in HACCA.
